About the System

Your CCBI integrates all online services, from inquiries and COGS to CPDs. We leverage social media platforms to enhance your experience.

CCBI365 was developed by CCBI and WebDe Plugins to simplify business interactions with CCBI. It consolidates all services onto one accessible platform. From lodging import entries and CPD units to handling COGS applications, post-hiring support, legal assistance, marketplace access, and more, all with round-the-clock technical support. CCBI365 is under your interactive website, CCBI.PH.

The COGS platform from the old website (ccbi.com.ph) has been integrated into our new website (CCBI.PH). To access your existing account from the old website, you will need to create an account on CCBI.PH.

CCBI Connect is a social media platform designed for inquiries regarding the CCBI.PH website. Our official Facebook page serves as the primary and alternative page, while the previous directors control the old FB page, which is currently under review. When submitting inquiries, please ensure your message is clear and include your full name, last name, and a copy of your PRC ID.

Please note, this platform does not have direct access to your financial transactions with CCBI, the status of your COGS application, CPD certificate status, or earned units. To check the status of your certificates, inquiries, or transactions with CCBI, please log in to your account.

Creating Your Account

This serves as your first step in registering to access all online services provided by Philippine Chamber of Customs Brokers.

Within 24 Hours if no issue or duplicate registration is found. Visit www.ccbi.ph and navigate to the upper main menu for the 'Register' option. Fill in the necessary details. Afterward, expect a registration confirmation sent to your email. Following this, our administrators will review your registration, and you'll receive a separate email notifying you of approval, allowing you to log in.

For a complete guide, please click: www.ccbi.ph/registration-procedure.

To access your account, go to www.ccbi.ph, select "1CCBI365", and input your username and password. Once logged in, navigate to the "Account" section in the upper main menu. If you want to explore all CCBI services, click on "Online Services" as an option.

You need to manage two accounts: one for CCBI.PH to access all online services, and another for COGS Account (if you already have an account on the old website, there's no need to create a new one).

Login Issues

Everything you require to access, retrieve your account and comprehend the platform's instructions.

We recommend manually entering your username and password instead of copy-pasting to avoid including any extraneous spaces.

To regain access to your account, go to www.ccbi.ph, select "1CCBI365", then click "Lost Your Password." Enter your email address, and you should receive a link within an hour to reset your password. After clicking the link, you can enter your new password.

If you encounter an error message stating "Your website/domain is not properly configured," it indicates ongoing maintenance on our website. Please attempt to reset your account again later.

Within your online service's dashboard, select "My COGS", then navigate to "Support" to share your concerns and submit them. Our technical team will reach out to you shortly.

My COGS Application

Everything you should understand regarding the past and current COGS platform (www.ccbi.com.ph and www.ccbi.ph).

Login to your www.ccbi.ph account, navigate to the upper main menu, and select "Account". From there, click on "Online Services" followed by "My COGS". Enter your username and password if you already have an existing account in the old COGS system or ccbi.com.ph. If you don't have a COGS account, you'll need to register first by clicking on "Register" or "Sign Up". Please note that this registration process is separate from www.ccbi.ph.

Upon submission of your application and verification of charges, your account should be activated within 24 to 72 hours.

If you encounter any issues with approval, please log in to your ccbi.ph dashboard, access "My COGS," then navigate to support and provide the necessary details. Once received by our dedicated support team, you will receive an email with a ticket number in the subject column.

In your online services dashboard, select "My COGS" and then choose "Support" to provide the necessary details about any issues you're encountering with your COGS account.

My CPD and CPDAS

All information about the CPDAS platform is available within our website for your understanding.

Our Facebook (1CCBI Connect) page does not have access to your CPD units. If you have inquiries about your CPD units, please log in to your ccbi.ph account. Go to online services, then select "My CPDAS." If you already have an existing CPDAS account with PRC, proceed to log in.

(For members who do not have an account with PRC's CPDAS, you will need to create one. On the same page, click "How to Get Started" and follow the prompts. Once your CPDAS account is approved, you can then enter your credentials to log in and view your earned units.)

Our Facebook page doesn't handle certificate releases. If you have inquiries about a CPD seminar you attended, please log in to your ccbi.ph account. Navigate to online services, select "Secretariat," then choose CPDAS to share details about your concerns. You can expect a reply within 24 hours. Once you receive a reply from the CPD in charge, your email subject will contain the Ticket Number for your concern. If you encounter any issues with replies, you can click "Complaint" on the same page and provide your ticket number and details of your concerns.

Our Facebook page and secretariat do not have access to your CPDAS account. We recommend reporting this matter directly to PRC through their contact page.
