The ceremony’s highlight was the inspiring keynote address delivered by Bureau of Customs Commissioner Bienvenido Rubio. PRBCB Leadership and Vision
PRBCB Honorables Sam Bautista, Nenette Dagondon, and Albert Cruz graced the event. They collectively oversaw the formalities.
